Baptism is a public declaration of your commitment to follow Jesus Christ. If you’re ready to take this important step in your spiritual journey, we invite you to sign up for baptism here at CLC. It’s a beautiful expression of faith and we’re honored to be a part of it.

On this page, you’ll find our baptism sign-up form, where you can provide essential information and share your story with us. One of our team members will reach out to you soon to guide you through the next steps and make sure you’re prepared for this special day.

When you arrive on your baptism day, please bring the following: A complete change of clothes, including underclothes, A towel, Haircare items like a comb, hairdryer, etc., A dark-colored t-shirt and pants to wear under your baptismal gown (nothing that can be seen through when wet)

If you are under 18 years old, please remember that a permission slip signed by a parent or guardian is required.
